1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kassim & Co. If you’re not, here’s how our returns process works:
- Only Products purchased: On the www.kassimandco.com website can be returned to Kassim & Co for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
- Unused and Unopened Items: You may return any unused and unopened candle within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Condition of the item (unused, unopened, or damaged)
- We’ll guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange promptly.
